Meet your expert.
Stephanie Mas is a procurement and contracting professional who brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to purchasing. Her path into procurement began in early 2020, grounded in an academic background in English Language Arts and teaching. That foundation continues to shape her work today, influencing how she communicates complex requirements clearly, builds practical processes, and supports stakeholders with patience and precision.
Over the course of her career, Stephanie has supported both federal and local government clients and has developed deep expertise across the full procurement lifecycle. Her experience spans commercial, construction, architect-engineering, and non-commercial/government contracting, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how procurement functions in diverse operational environments.
At the local government level, Stephanie serves as the Procurement and Contract Specialist for the Town of Timnath, Colorado. In this role, she provides full lifecycle procurement support to all municipal departments and plays a key role in administering the Town’s purchase card program. She also manages fleet and equipment registration and licensing requirements; and develops and maintain procurement forms, templates, guides, and data systems that improve consistency and usability for internal teams.
Stephanie was also instrumental in supporting the implementation of the Town’s new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, focusing on requisition and purchase order processes. This work included collaborating with internal departments to develop approval paths, workflows, and training that aligned technology with real-world operational needs.
At the federal level, Stephanie worked as a Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). As a warranted Contracting Officer with a FAC-C Professional certification, she provided full procurement lifecycle support for multiple NOAA offices, including the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research, the National Weather Service, and the National Marine Fisheries Service. Her responsibilities extended beyond contract execution to training and supporting new staff and departmental points of contact.
Through MAS Procurement, she hopes to bring this blend of technical expertise, clear communication, and practical problem-solving to organizations and businesses seeking reliable, well-structured procurement support.
